Benni Versaci, LCSW
President
Benni holds Master’s degrees in Industrial Psychology from Brooklyn College and in Social Work from New York University. Benni gained crucial experience in serving the needs of seniors, developmentally disabled children and adults along with their family caregivers through her work in long term care facilities throughout New York and New Jersey. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey and has worked as a social worker, Director and Administrator throughout her career. Learn more about Benni.
Daniella Arias
Bilingual (English/Spanish) Support Coordinator
Daniella is a graduate of Montclair State University. She earned her degree in Family Science and Human Development and has a concentration in Family Services. She also has previous experience using the Montessori school method with children, which encourages curiosity, exploration, and problem-solving in different developmental stages. Daniella enjoys working on language interpretation to ensure our clients are well informed.
Nicole Arseneau, MSW
Support Coordinator
Nicole came to Spectrum as a Social Work intern and graduated from Rutgers University with her Master’s in Social Work. Additionally, she has a Master’s Degree in Health Administration. She has developed a wonderful rapport with the individuals and families she works with as well as the providers. We are happy to welcome Nicole to our team.
Rachel Baldwin, BSW
Support Coordinator
Rachel has a bachelor’s degree in social work from Rutgers University. She has extensive experience in case management and abuse investigation with vulnerable populations.
Nicole Bassolino, MSW
Support Coordinator
Nicole received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Rutgers University and has gained her experience working at community organizations helping adults and children and developing person centered plans. She has extensive knowledge of intellectual and developmental disabilities and the service delivery of case management.
Daniella Bilak
Support Coordinator
Daniella holds Bachelor’s degree is Psychology. She has a background in case management, Applied Behavior Analysis, crisis work, and residential facilities which serve individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health diagnoses.
Kelly Chua
Support Coordinator
Kelly has worked has worked with the school system administering educational testing, and facilitating individualized education meetings. She has a bachelor’s degree from Calvin College in special education and has a LDTC endorsement.
Nancy Del Papa, MSW
Social Worker and Support Coordinator
Nancy holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Fordham University and has completed Graduate Studies in Rehabilitation Counseling with the hearing impaired community. She has extensive experience in vocational services with the adult special needs population and is a member of a professional network of vocational and school transition coordinators.
Sheila DeVries, CSW
Support Coordinator
Sheila received her bachelor’s degree in social work from Ramapo College and has been a social worker for over 25 years. Throughout these years, Sheila has worn many hats, which have included case management for individuals with developmental disabilities, homebound seniors and individuals with disabilities, traumatic brain injury, and vocational rehabilitation. Sheila is also a Certified Vocational Counselor. Sheila sits on the Board of the New Jersey Statewide Independent Living Counsel and has assisted with the development of Medicaid Waiver transitions and development.
Andrew Guage-Aliperti
Support Coordinator
Andrew holds a Master’s degree in Psychological Counseling with 10+ years case management experience working with both adults and children with multiple system involvement. He has an extensive background in client advocacy, treatment planning and resource development.
Erin Gorter
Support Coordinator
Erin has a background in event coordination and marketing for pharmaceutical companies and healthcare facilities with personal experience in developmental and intellectual disabilities. She has her bachelor’s degree from Calvin College with a major in communications.
Ravit Giletti
Support Coordinator
Ravit has her Master of Arts degree in Guidance and Habilitation for people with disabilities and has worked in special education for over a decade. She is active in the community leading fundraising events for families fighting cancer.
Tianna Gresham, MSW
Support Coordinator
Tianna has her master’s degree in social work and has experience working with seniors and those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She has worked in a school/classroom with additional background in customer service settings. She is actively involved in giving back to her community as a leader and role model for young girls through her nonprofit organization Tinks Golden Girls.
Heather Jaffe
Quality Assurance Coordinator
Heather has a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and Special Education. She has a background in care coordination, case management and community outreach.
Laura Junta
Support Coordination Supervisor
Laura holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and has been working in social services since 2004. Prior to becoming a supervisor, Laura worked as an ABA therapist within school districts, as well as privately for families whose children were not able to attend school due to medical or behavioral concerns. After many years, Laura was introduced to the world of support coordination and found a new passion. Laura is also a volunteer and public speaker at different events to bring awareness to facial differences.
Samantha Scevola
Intake/Office Coordinator
Samatha has a bachelor’s degree in social science from Ramapo College and has previously worked in admissions of a large local psychiatric center before joining us at Spectrum CMC.
Piera Lombardo, MSW
Quality Assurance Coordinator
Piera earned her master’s degree in social work from New York University and has extensive experience working with seniors, those with psychiatric disorders and adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
Heidi Mavrakes, MSW
Support Coordination Supervisor
Heidi has a master’s degree in social work from Baylor University. Heidi has personal and professional experience with those who have developmental disabilities as well as seniors and those with psychiatric disorders.
Jamie McEnroe
Support Coordinator
Jamie has her bachelor’s degree in elementary education. She has held similar roles in support coordination, progressing to management level in those roles.
Christi Mulder
Support Coordinator
Christi has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a background in Case Management and residential facilities. She has developed treatment plans and has worked with the courts on behalf of her clients.
Rebecca Nannarone, LSW
Support Coordinator
Rebecca has her Master of Social Work Degree from Monmouth University and is a NJ Licensed Social Worker. She has experience in teaching children with special needs and in Intensive Case Management with those who suffer from mental illness. Additionally, she has experience helping seniors and with helping clients to find housing and other available resources.

Nicole has her Bachelor’s degree in Special Education and has worked in schools and as a special needs mentor.
Barbara Pierson
Support Coordination Supervisor
Barbara has her bachelor’s degree in psychology and has previously done work in applied behavioral analysis and program coordination. Additionally, she is active in her community and has worked with educating at risk youth and incarcerated adults in social consciousness and cultural awareness.
Angelica Rios
Support Coordinator
Angelica is a bilingual (English/Spanish) Support Coordinator who has previously participated in treatment team planning and collaborated with therapists to provide individual/family assessments and ABA therapy and has provided assessments for schools in early intervention.
Nakie Roney, MSW
Support Coordinator
Nakie is a bilingual (English/Creole) Support Coordinator who holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Yeshiva University. She has held positions in hospitals and with various State services and is experienced in delivery of Mental Health and crisis intervention services.
Jaclyn Saldivia
Support and Outreach Coordinator
Jackie came into support coordination from previously being in sales and marketing. After learning about support coordination and how it plays such a vital role in assisting both the individuals and families, she learned quickly that this would be a job she would love. Combining her personal knowledge of developmental disabilities with her professional background, Jackie was thrilled to assume her current role. Jackie values the relationships she has gained from the individuals and families that she serves.
Robin Smith
Support Coordinator
Robin has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Kutztown University. She has over twenty-one years of experience coordinating residential services and overseeing their daily operations, for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Ma’Keba Spicer
Support Coordinator
Ma’Keba has a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology. She has over two decades of experience in the social service field and has an extensive knowledge of entitlements and the justice system as they relate to the needs of vulnerable populations. She has additional knowledge of the vocational system in NJ and has conducted Individualized Employment plans and performed case management duties throughout her career.
Corrinne Stegner, MSW
Support Coordination Supervisor
Corrine holds a master’s degree in social work. She has worked as a social worker in various settings such as nursing homes, with youth in therapeutic foster homes and with individuals with developmental disabilities. With this background she brings tons of resources and relationships that have helped those we serve. She has extensive knowledge pertaining to Medicaid programs in home and the community with additional experience in Managed care.
Latoya Stevenson, MSW
Support Coordination
Latoya is an energetic worker who takes on challenges with ease. She enjoys exploring resources and is building up her knowledge in all areas of Support Coordination. She has her Master’s Degree in Social Work with experience working for provider agencies as a Program Manager with adults with special needs, and in hospital and psychiatric settings.

Betrice is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with over 20 years of experience providing counseling and advocacy to vulnerable populations.
Seth Tropinsky
Support Coordinator
Seth has his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Ramapo College of New Jersey. He has extensive experience in case management working both in the field and in psychiatric hospital settings. Additionally, Seth has personal knowledge of Developmental Disabilities as well as several years of experience as a Direct Support Professional.
Corinne Villanueva, MSW
Support Coordinator
Corinne has a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Rutgers University. She has previous experience with Adult Special Olympics and with early intervention services. She has additional background working with provider agencies in New Jersey serving adults with special needs and brain injuries.
Lorrett Waiters, LSW
Support Coordinator
Lorrett is a licensed social worker (LSW) with over 20 years of experience providing case management services to various populations. She has extensive knowledge of managed care and ethical standards which she carries over to those she serves.
