Benni, LCSW
President
Benni holds Master’s degrees in Industrial Psychology from Brooklyn College and in Social Work from New York University. Benni gained crucial experience in serving the needs of seniors, developmentally disabled children and adults along with their family caregivers through her work in long term care facilities throughout New York and New Jersey. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey and has worked as a social worker, Director and Administrator throughout her career. Learn more.
Nicole, MSW
Support Coordinator
Nicole came to Spectrum as a Social Work intern and graduated from Rutgers University with her Master’s in Social Work. Additionally, she has a Master’s Degree in Health Administration. She has developed a wonderful rapport with the individuals and families she works with as well as the providers. We are happy to welcome Nicole to our team.
Rachel, BSW
Support Coordinator
Rachel has a bachelor’s degree in social work from Rutgers University. She has extensive experience in case management and abuse investigation with vulnerable populations.
Daniella
Support Coordinator
Daniella holds Bachelor’s degree is Psychology. She has a background in case management, Applied Behavior Analysis, crisis work, and residential facilities which serve individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health diagnoses.
Nancy, MSW
Social Worker and Quality Assurance Coordinator
Nancy holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Fordham University and has completed Graduate Studies in Rehabilitation Counseling with the hearing impaired community. She has extensive experience in vocational services with the adult special needs population and is a member of a professional network of vocational and school transition coordinators.
Sheila, CSW
Social Worker
Sheila received her bachelor’s degree in social work from Ramapo College and has been a social worker for over 25 years. Throughout these years, Sheila has worn many hats, which have included case management for individuals with developmental disabilities, homebound seniors and individuals with disabilities, traumatic brain injury, and vocational rehabilitation. Sheila is also a Certified Vocational Counselor. Sheila sits on the Board of the New Jersey Statewide Independent Living Counsel and has assisted with the development of Medicaid Waiver transitions and development.
Tianna, MSW
Support Coordination Supervisor
Tianna has her master’s degree in social work and has experience working with seniors and those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She has worked in a school/classroom with additional background in customer service settings. She is actively involved in giving back to her community as a leader and role model for young girls through her nonprofit organization Tinks Golden Girls.
Heather
Support Coordination Supervisor
Heather has a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and Special Education. She has a background in care coordination, case management and community outreach.
Laura
Director of Support Coordination
Laura holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and has been working in social services since 2004. Prior to becoming a supervisor, Laura worked as an ABA therapist within school districts, as well as privately for families whose children were not able to attend school due to medical or behavioral concerns. After many years, Laura was introduced to the world of support coordination and found a new passion. Laura is also a volunteer and public speaker at different events to bring awareness to facial differences.
Jamie
Assistant Director of Support Coordination
Jamie has her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Vermont and a Master’s Degree in Executive Leadership from Champlain College. She has over 15 years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in various case management and supervisory level roles. Jamie uses the keen observation skills she has gained in her education and experience to spearhead our quality assurance team. Jamie’s ability to see the big picture while focusing on details makes her ideal in this role.

Support Coordinator
Christi has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a background in Case Management and residential facilities. She has developed treatment plans and has worked with the courts on behalf of her clients.

Nicole has her Bachelor’s degree in Special Education and has worked in schools and as a special needs mentor.
Jaclyn
Support Coordinator
Jackie came into support coordination from previously being in sales and marketing. After learning about support coordination and how it plays such a vital role in assisting both the individuals and families, she learned quickly that this would be a job she would love. Combining her personal knowledge of developmental disabilities with her professional background, Jackie was thrilled to assume her current role. Jackie values the relationships she has gained from the individuals and families that she serves.
Robin
Support Coordination Supervisor
Robin has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Kutztown University. She has over twenty-one years of experience coordinating residential services and overseeing their daily operations, for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Corrinne, MSW
Support Coordination Supervisor
Corrinne holds a master’s degree in social work. She has worked as a social worker in various settings such as nursing homes, with youth in therapeutic foster homes and with individuals with developmental disabilities. With this background she brings tons of resources and relationships that have helped those we serve.
Eleana
Bilingual (English/Spanish) Support Coordinator
Eleana is a bilingual (English/Spanish) Support Coordinator with a bachelor’s degree in Family and Child Studies and a minor in Spanish from Montclair State University. She also has previous experience in case management and has a profound passion for servicing her community and helping others.

Support Coordinator
Julie holds a master’s degree in social work from Marywood University in Pennsylvania. Julie has a wide range of experience working in residential settings and long-term care facilities while serving populations of all ages. She is passionate about helping others and serving her community.
Toni Lyn
Support Coordination Supervisor
Toni Lyn is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University. She earned her Bachelor’s in Criminology with a concentration in Sociology. Toni Lyn has gained experience with case management as she previously worked as a Family Service Specialist for children and families.
Nashali, MSW
Bilingual (English/Spanish) Support Coordinator
Nashali earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Rutgers University. She has experience in case management by working in housing through a national disease program initiative. Additionally, she has developed strong behavior management skills for adults with Special Needs while serving this population. Nashali is thrilled to be part of the Spectrum CMC team and has a passion for helping others.
Katlynn
Support Coordinator
Katlynn has her Bachelor’s in Behavioral Health Science specializing in Childhood and Adolescence Disorders from Grand Canyon University. She has years of direct support and supervisory experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Katlynn is passionate about advocating and creating a sense of independence for the individuals in this population.

Allison earned her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Kean University and is currently working towards her Master’s in Social Work. She has extensive experience with individuals with special needs providing life skills training, direct support, and residential oversight. Allison is devoted to helping others. She prides herself on being dependable and is committed to improving the lives of those she serves.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) Support Coordinator
Karen earned her bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Ramapo College. She has worked in clinical settings with the elderly and people with disabilities for over five years. Additionally, she has experience assessing individuals, families, groups, organizations, and communities. Karen is a very compassionate person and cares deeply about helping others.

Support Coordinator
Jennifer received her degree in psychology from East Stroudsburg University and is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Social Work. Jennifer has a background in case management with vulnerable populations in residential facilities. Additionally, she has extensive experience in working with those who have suffered abuse and neglect, including crisis management and intervention. Jennifer has also worked on a webinar series about living well with physical disabilities. She is passionate about finding resources to help others achieve goals and reach their aspirations.

Support Coordinator
Megan graduated from Sacred Heart University with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. She then received her Master’s in Social Work at Ramapo College of NJ. She is now a Licensed Social Worker in New Jersey. Megan has a background in providing case management to vulnerable populations, and advising families on community resources and referral programs. Megan aims to improve the well-being and functionality of individuals and groups within her community.
Sharmane
Support Coordinator
Sharmane attended Rutgers University, graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. Sharmane is an experienced case manager with strengths in collaborating with individuals, their families and providers to ensure services meet and exceed identified needs. Sharmane understands that building a rapport starts with effective communication that fosters trust. Additional experience in housing and behavioral health allow her to explore community resources with ease.

Support Coordinator
Cassandra earned a Master’s degree in Social Work from Yeshiva University Wurzweiler School of Social Work. Cassandra began working with individuals and families in 2009, and mastered the skills of advocacy and empowerment. She has extensive experience working with individuals with disabilities, children in the child welfare system and juvenile justice system.

Care Manager
Tara has several advanced degrees with decades of experience helping those in need. Tara brings a plethora of diverse experience from her years of work in teaching, accounting and law. She is detail oriented and a true advocate for those she serves.
Isabel, MSW
Support Coordinator
Isabel is a graduate of Ramapo College with her master’s in Social Work. She is a passionate and driven person with desire and motivation to empower those who need advocacy and support. She has experience in the school system on the IEP team, has facilitated social skills groups and has guided students to best manage their academic needs. She has served the needs of many vulnerable populations by providing an empathetic and therapeutic approach to individuals that are in crisis situations.
Kamahrea “Mahrie”
Support Coordinator
Kamahrea “Mahrie” holds a Bachelors in Social Science from William Paterson University. She is an established case manager with extensive assessment experience determining the need for therapeutic medical, psychosocial and psychiatric services, implementing then monitoring those services. She has additional experience in housing ensuring housing vouchers are maintained and residences are properly managed.
Meredithe
Support Coordinator
Meredithe has a Bachelor’s Degree in Family and Child studies with a concentration in family services, and a minor in Social Work and Child advocacy certification from Montclair State University. She has a background in case management with vulnerable populations with experience in crisis intervention. She has a proficient knowledge of housing vouchers through the department of community affairs and is passionate about helping others.

Teresa earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from Queens College. Throughout her career, she has worked with individuals with special needs via Medicaid programs in service and treatment coordination and in facilitating engagement of vulnerable individuals who need support in recreational, cultural and wellness activities and community engagement.

Support Coordinator
Tasia is a compassionate social worker with over a decade of experience working with diverse populations supporting mental health and wellness. She earned her bachelor of science in social work from Monmouth University and is skilled in assessments, resource implementation, monitoring and care planning.
Yucarly
Bilingual (English/Spanish) Support Coordinator
Yucarly earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a minor in Women and Gender Studies at Rutgers University. She has years of experience in social work where she has extensive experience in crisis management and intervention and those who suffered from trauma, abuse, and neglect. Yucarly has supervisory experience where she oversaw a Family Success Center in Union County and she worked with vulnerable communities and families in need of resources and materials. Yucarly is passionate in helping others and servicing the community with all the resources available for those in need.

Destiny is a highly qualified professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and an extensive background in case management. Possessing a diverse skill set, she excels in conducting comprehensive assessments, developing effective treatment plans, facilitating service connections, advocating for clients’ needs, and diligently monitoring services and support systems. Her unwavering passion lies in offering valuable guidance for the long-term care and well-being of her clients. With a strong commitment to excellence and a compassionate approach, Destiny is dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of those she serves.

Jamie holds degrees in both Bachelors and Masters of Social Work from Ramapo College. Jamie’s background includes working with individuals with disabilities both individually and in group settings, as well as with formerly incarcerated individuals. Jamie has extensive experience in macro practice work. Jamie is deeply dedicated to assisting those in need and is passionate about providing comprehensive support wherever it is required.

Lindsey is a passionate individual who has wholeheartedly embraced a variety of roles, leaving a favorable influence on a wide array of communities and environments. Her unwavering dedication to social work and advocacy is evident in the wealth of experiences she has accumulated. Lindsey holds a master’s degree granted by Ramapo College of New Jersey. Her background spans case management and active involvement with both individuals with disabilities and the senior demographic. Her professional journey encompasses positions within the educational sector, and she has also generously volunteered with CASA, offering support to youths within the foster care system.

Kayla is a certified social worker with degrees from Sussex County Community College and Walden University. Currently pursuing her Master’s in social work, she has experience in crisis intervention from working at a homeless shelter. She’s highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional support, communication, and advocacy to those in need, driven by her passion for making a positive difference in people’s lives.
