President
Benni holds Master’s degrees in Industrial Psychology from Brooklyn College and in Social Work from New York University. Benni gained crucial experience in serving the needs of seniors, developmentally disabled children and adults along with their family caregivers through her work in long term care facilities throughout New York and New Jersey. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey and has worked as a social worker, Director and Administrator throughout her career. Learn more.

Chief Operating Officer
Sherrie is a results-oriented leader with a distinguished career in non-profit management, business development, and project oversight. As the Chief Operating Officer of Spectrum Care Management and Counseling, Sherrie brings her extensive expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and team leadership to ensure the organization’s success. With a Master’s in Business Administration focused on Human Resources and a background in leading impactful initiatives, Sherrie is committed to fostering strong relationships with community leaders, medical professionals, and key stakeholders. Director of Support Coordination
Corrinne is a Licensed Social Worker and holds a master’s degree in Social Work. Working in diverse settings, including nursing homes, therapeutic foster care for youth, and overseeing services for individuals with developmental disabilities, she brings a wealth of experience to her role. Corrinne’s extensive background equips her with valuable resources and strong professional relationships, enabling her to make a meaningful impact on the individuals and families she serves.

Assistant Director of Support Coordination
Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from East Stroudsburg University and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Social Work at Kean University. She brings a strong background in case management, with experience supporting vulnerable populations in residential settings. Jennifer has specialized expertise in crisis intervention and in working with individuals who have experienced abuse and neglect. In addition to her clinical skills, Jennifer has demonstrated strong leadership in multidisciplinary team settings, encouraging collaboration and guiding initiatives to improve client outcomes. Furthermore, Jennifer contributed to the development of an educational webinar series aimed at promoting quality of life and well-being for individuals living with physical disabilities. Megan graduated from Sacred Heart University with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work. She then received her Master’s in Social Work at Ramapo College of NJ. She is now a Licensed Social Worker in New Jersey. Megan has a background in providing case management to vulnerable populations, and advising families on community resources and referral programs. Megan aims to improve the well-being and functionality of individuals and groups within her community.

Rachel is a committed social services professional with a Bachelor of Social Work from Rutgers University and extensive experience in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. Currently a Support Coordination Supervisor at Spectrum Care Management and Counseling , Rachel excels in fostering a supportive environment that aligns with individuals needs and values and maintaining strong client relationships. Previously, Rachel served as a Support Coordinator for 5 years and held roles in the New Jersey Judiciary and the Department of Children & Families, where she developed key skills in case management and legal documentation. Nancy holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Fordham University and has completed Graduate Studies in Rehabilitation Counseling with the hearing impaired community. She has extensive experience in vocational services with the adult special needs population and is a member of a professional network of vocational and school transition coordinators.

Andrea brings over 20 years of experience in case management and crisis intervention, with a strong foundation in criminal justice and psychology. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with individuals with disabilities and those navigating behavioral and mental health challenges. As a Support Coordinator, Andrea is deeply passionate about advocacy and empowerment. She believes in meeting people where they are and walking alongside them to help reach their goals. Support Coordinator
Belén holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Ramapo College of New Jersey. She has experience supporting children, adolescents, and families across school, home, and clinical settings. Belén has worked closely with individuals with behavioral and developmental needs, helping to implement individualized plans and provide consistent, compassionate support. She is also trained in crisis prevention and intervention and is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Haley holds a bachelor’s degree in Counseling and Psychological Science from Arizona State University. She has experience supporting community college grant programs, including serving as a DSP Success Coach and assisting with ESL initiatives for diverse student populations.

She later worked as a Direct Support Professional at a day program for adults with disabilities. Leila Roberts holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work (MSW). She has experience working in the fields of developmental disabilities, autism services, and applied behavior analysis (ABA), where she has supported individuals and families through person-centered care, advocacy, and community-based services. Through her field experience, Leila has worked closely with individuals with autism and intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping to promote independence, communication, and meaningful community engagement.

She brings extensive experience in serving the needs of the elderly and individuals with developmental disabilities in both community and institutional settings.
