A Teaching Organization Committed to Developing Tomorrow’s Social Workers

At Spectrum Care Management and Counseling, we are proud to be a teaching organization, partnering with over a dozen universities across New Jersey and beyond. We are always looking to build new partnerships with institutions that share our commitment to preparing the next generation of social workers.

Our internship program plays a vital role in our mission. Interns bring fresh perspectives and provide additional support to the individuals we serve. Most of our interns are pursuing their Master’s degrees in Social Work and receive hands-on training in Support Coordination. Many join our team after graduation, entering the workforce with real-world experience and a strong foundation in person-centered care.

We also welcome Bachelor’s-level interns, who contribute by researching resources, learning how to connect with clients, and observing experienced team members in action.
